Our construction, engineering, and inspection services (CEI) encompass everything from site investigation to comprehensive project management. We collaborate with key stakeholders to oversee the entire process to ensure CEI projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Because of our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to technical and functional excellence, our team guarantees that each project will exceed expectations. We focus on effective communication and coordination throughout the CEI phase to deliver outcomes that align with your project’s goals. 

Our team fulfills all Project Resident Engineer duties, including developing sample plans and tracking all testing and documentation. Our field visits confirm mast arm foundation locations and review all shop drawings with detailed comments. We manage the processing of pay estimates and change orders through SiteManager, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Our responsibilities also include approving daily logs, confirming transportation control logs, and uploading transportation signal controller data to verify and adjust timing variables as needed. In addition, we sign and correct all signal plan as-built plans and provide complete documentation for the end of CEI checklist, including the 2059 report.
